Pilates is a powerful training tool that improves body strength, promotes good posture and increases mobility. It can be used for treating and preventing chronic injuries as well as conditioning elite athletes.
Our 3D Pilates classes are designed for people with conditions that prevent them lying down easily or have limited mobility. In this class all exercises are performed either standing up or seated in a chair.
All classes are led by Vicky Elson-Smith, chartered physiotherapist and APPI-trained Pilates instructor.
We also offer Fit Back and Bumps ante/post-natal classes and are members of the Pink Ribbon Program offering rehabilitation services for survivors of breast cancer.
